A safe space to unmask
ADHD Informed Coaching meets you exactly where you are
I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your ADHD from a coaching perspective. Not as a problem to fix, but as something to understand, work with and ultimately celebrate.
Coaching is not about giving you advice or telling you how to live. It is about giving you the space to unmask. To be honest. To explore who you are beneath the coping strategies, the self-criticism, the constant effort to keep up.
You choose what we focus on and it is not always about focusing on ADHD, it is about knowing you are with someone who is ADHD informed and therefore you do not need to mask. Just be yourself.
Some topics clients bring to sessions:
What your diagnosis really means for you
Your strengths, not just your struggles
The patterns and beliefs that hold you back
How ADHD shows up in your work, relationships and inner world
Exploring what support you genuinely need
How to create ways of living and working that suit your brain
From self-criticism to self-trust.
Many people with ADHD grow up believing they are “too much” or “not enough”. Too scattered. Too emotional. Too intense. Not organised enough. Not consistent enough. Not like everyone else.
Coaching helps you gently question those stories and limiting beliefs.
It invites acceptance, exploration and compassion. It helps you stop comparing yourself to neurotypical ways of being. It supports you in building confidence – at work, with friends, in relationships – especially when you’ve spent years feeling misunderstood or dismissed.
Our brains are busy. We start many things. We struggle to finish. We ruminate. We can feel overwhelmed by our own thoughts. Sometimes we just want it all to go quiet.
We prioritise. We create clarity. We find structures that support you rather than constrain you. We experiment. We notice what works for you. There is no one-size-fits-all solution and that is the point.
This is not psychotherapy. It is coaching. We focus on the now, and on how you want to move forward. With kindness. With realism. With compassion.
It begins with a simple discovery call.
A conversation where you can show up exactly as you are. Where you will be heard by someone who understands ADHD. Where you can begin to let your guard down.
You do not need to do this alone.
ADHD brains are not broken.
They are just wired differently.
I want to help you celebrate that!

“Coaching won’t change your hard wiring but it can help you work with it. Our brains are amazing. We can build new neural pathways, change old habits and find new mechanisms to support us. Sometimes all we need is the space to think it through and work with someone to hold us accountable.”
