Meet Diana, Founder of YouMe Coaching.

It's time to put you first.

For much of my life, I did what many of us do.

I invested my energy in building a successful career, supporting the people around me and meeting the expectations that came with work and life.

From the outside, everything looked successful. But somewhere along the way, I realised something important.

Success isn't just about what you achieve. It's about who you become along the way. That realisation changed everything.

Not overnight, but through a series of intentional choices that started with one simple decision to invest in myself.

Working with professional coach gave me something I hadn't realised I was missing. The space to think.

The space to question long-held assumptions, challenge limiting beliefs and become more intentional about the future I wanted to create.

I often talk about living consciously. For me, that's what self-leadership is all about.

It's choosing your direction rather than drifting into it. It's making decisions that reflect your values instead of other people's expectations. It's understanding yourself well enough to know what matters, what no longer serves you and where you want to go next.

Self-leadership is understanding yourself deeply enough to lead yourself and others with intention.

That belief sits at the heart of everything I do.

As I developed my own self-leadership, every area of my life began to change.

I left corporate life to build my own strategic marketing consultancy, combining everything I'd learned over 25 years with the work I genuinely love doing today. I now partner with ambitious businesses and leaders, helping them develop strategy, build stronger brands and communicate with clarity and confidence.

Alongside that, I transformed my health, changed the way I looked after myself, qualified as a yoga teacher and discovered a much stronger sense of purpose and direction.

Today, I genuinely love the work I do.

Not because every day is easy, but because I've intentionally created a career that combines everything I'm good at with everything I'm passionate about. I don't feel like I'm waiting for the weekend or counting down to my next holiday.

That isn't luck.

It's the result of making conscious choices, investing in myself and taking ownership of the life I wanted to create.

Five years ago, I couldn't have imagined I'd be where I am today.

That's why I'm so excited about the next five years.

I still work with my own coach every week because I believe personal growth is never finished. Every new chapter brings new opportunities to learn, reflect and grow. Having someone beside me helps me stay focused on my future, challenge my own thinking and continue becoming the person I want to be.

It's also why I coach. Not because I have the answers. But because I know the value of having someone beside you who listens without judgement, asks the questions that matter and creates the space for you to hear your own thinking more clearly.

Whether you're navigating a career transition, stepping into leadership, growing a business or simply recognising that it's time to focus on yourself again, my role is to walk alongside you. That's where YouMe comes from.

It's about creating a trusted partnership. You bring your experiences, your ambitions and your challenges. I bring curiosity, perspective and a space to think.

Together, we explore what matters most to you and the future you want to create.

Helping you find your own centre of gravity, live more consciously and make intentional choices that are aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

I believe the greatest investment you'll ever make isn't in your career.

It's in YOU, the person leading it.

A collage of various scenes including two people making funny faces, orcas swimming and breaching the water, a scenic waterfall, a sunset on the beach, boat wake on the ocean, a close-up of figs, a person taking a photo in a mirror, a red telephone booth on a street, a collection of flowers, shadows of people on a sandy beach, and aerial views of rivers and lakes in natural landscapes.

A few of my favourite things:

Being a mum to my incredible 17 year old son, Whale watching, photogrpahy and art, fresh figs from my tree in the garden, waterfalls, flowers, beach walks, being in or near water, London, sunsets and sunrises, full moon, yoga (currently doing the YTT 200-hour), meditation, journaling, reading, travelling… anywhere, and last but not least my 2 crazy rescue dogs from Spain.
