Hi, I am Diana, the founder of YOUME Coaching and this is why I coach…

These days, I wake up feeling excited about life and what is possible. I have created a life and career that feel meaningful; where I can help others grow with purpose, confidence and clarity.

But I have not always felt this way.

For a very long time, I was simply getting through the days. My energy and motivation were low. I looked successful on the outside but felt disconnected inside. I had lost sight of what mattered and was stuck in a cycle that no longer inspired me.

So, what helped me? A personal coach. Someone who asked the right questions, held space without judgement and reminded me of my own strength. That support gave me the clarity and courage to change direction.

A Turning Point

I was diagnosed with combined-type ADHD at 50. It didn’t shock me. But it still took time to integrate. To make sense of myself through a new lens. To stop trying to do life “like everyone else” and start building a way of living that actually fits.

After more than two decades in senior marketing roles, I was ready to step away from corporate life.

Through several 1:1 coaching sessions, I rediscovered what gave me energy, what made me tick and where I wanted to take my life. Six months later, I launched my own marketing consultancy.

The 1:1 coaching helped me to tap into my strengths and, for the first time in years, feel like myself again. I was able to align with my own values rather than someone else’s. It was a major turning point.

To strengthen my coaching practice, I also embarked on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 certification (PCC). This professional training transformed my coaching style and how I work with clients, but it has also changed how I lead my life.

I also studied with iPEC, where I was introduced to its renowned Energy Leadership model. This approach explores how our energy, mindset and emotions influence the choices we make. It gave me a new way of understanding personal growth, both in myself and in others.

My development continues and I plan to pursue further specialised ICF training in 2026.

A collage of various scenes including two people making funny faces, orcas swimming and breaching the water, a scenic waterfall, a sunset on the beach, boat wake on the ocean, a close-up of figs, a person taking a photo in a mirror, a red telephone booth on a street, a collection of flowers, shadows of people on a sandy beach, and aerial views of rivers and lakes in natural landscapes.

And here are a few of my favourite things:
