I offer life and mindset coaching that is shaped entirely around you – your life, your pace and what you need most right now.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We create a structure that works for you, whether that is short-term support or something more ongoing.

Sessions are held online via Teams of Zoom and can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Packages can include accountability and between-session support to keep you moving forward.

We will define what feels right — for your goals, your time, and your budget.

All bookings begin with a
complimentary discovery call.

This initial conversation gives you the space to talk through what is on your mind, your goals, and what you are looking for, while also getting a feel for how I work.

There is no obligation to continue. However, I do not accept bookings without this step, as it is important that we are the right fit and that you feel comfortable with my approach.

The call is a relaxed 30–45 minute conversation where you can ask questions, share openly, and begin to explore whether coaching feels right for you.

What to expect from our coaching sessions:

Every session starts with you – what you bring and what feels most important in that moment.

Through thoughtful conversation and reflection, you gain clarity on what matters, what is holding you back, and where change is possible.

We may explore your values, strengths, sense of self and what affects your energy — what drains it and what restores it.

Sometimes you will arrive with something specific. Other times, we follow what emerges. You are given space to think aloud, without interruption, supported by questions that help you see more clearly.

There is no judgement, no advice, and no pressure to perform. Just space to reflect, understand, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. That’s the beauty of the unique coaching space!
