Welcome my lovelies

Allow me to let you in on a little secret…

I have been quietly planning something very personal and energising for a while and you’re now one of the first to hear about it.

I am launching an online yoga community called ORCA Yoga in 2027.

And, in preparation of this, I’m kicking off with a pre-launch special offer for a select few “founding members” and I would LOVE you to join me on this journey.

All the information is below, but first I invite you to watch this short video to hear about “project ORCA” and why I am doing it and what I hope it will bring to the wider community »‍ ‍

Why ORCA I hear you say?

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a little obsessed with orca whales; swimming with them is at the top of my bucket list.

ORCA Yoga brings that passion together with my love of yoga, but I wanted the name to carry a deeper meaning too, one that reflects what I believe brings more awareness and energy into our lives.

Open | Release | Connect | Align

The beautiful photo was taken in 2024 during my first encounter with the orcas in San Juan Islands, WA.

OPEN

Everything starts with openness: to new ideas, to change, and to whatever shows up on the mat each week. Yoga invites us to meet ourselves with curiosity rather than judgement. When we open our bodies, our hearts and our minds, we make room for growth, and for the possibility of becoming more fully ourselves.

RELEASE

We carry so much: tension in our shoulders, worries about tomorrow, expectations that were never ours. Yoga teaches non-attachment, the gentle art of letting go. Through breath and movement we soften what we’ve been holding, so we can release what no longer serves us and feel lighter, freer and more at ease.

CONNECT

The word “yoga” means union. It’s about connecting breath with body, body with mind, and ourselves with each other. In a busy world it’s easy to lose touch with what we need. This is where we reconnect, with ourselves first and then with a community of women walking the same path

ALIGN

Alignment is more than getting a pose right. It’s living in a way that matches who you are and what you value. When body, breath and intention line up, decisions feel clearer and life feels calmer. That’s self-leadership at its heart: knowing yourself, trusting yourself and moving forward with purpose.

So, what exactly am I offering you?

I’m inviting you to become a founding member of ORCA Yoga and join my pre-launch programme: six one-hour classes combining breathwork, movement and meditation, every Sunday from 8 November. Each class runs live at 9:00 CET, and the recording is available straight afterwards, so you can join whenever suits you.

I’ve created this six-week programme as a weekly check-in for a community of people who need, and deserve, at least one hour a week for themselves. It’s more than the yoga “exercise” we tend to picture. It’s an hour of connection and reflection that helps us align with ourselves and brings some much-needed calm to our weeks.

Let’s make these last weeks of the year count, rather than waiting for the new year to give ourselves a little time and love.

Movement
Six weeks of live online yoga, one hour every Sunday morning. Join live, or watch the recording whenever and wherever suits you. Your camera and microphone stay off, so it’s completely private. It’s just you, your mat and gentle, mindful movement.

Stillness
Every class includes meditation, a moment to simply be. It’s time to quiet the noise, turn your focus inwards and give your mind the space to think, rest and reset. No doing, no fixing, just being.

Philosophy
Yoga is so much more than the poses. I’ll share some of the philosophy behind it, including the eight limbs of yoga that changed my life, in a light, practical way you can carry into your everyday week.

Breath
Each week we’ll explore a different breathing technique. Your breath is the simplest tool you have to calm your nervous system, boost your energy and come back to yourself, and it’s always with you.

Energy
I’ll share what I’ve learnt about energy and the chakras. Week by week, we’ll move from root to crown, with postures chosen to support each one so you can feel the difference in your body.

Reflection
As a founding member, you’ll receive a weekly article from me with extra prompts, insights and tips to help you carry the practice through your week and make it a little more mindful.

All the details

What

A six-week online yoga journey: grounding, breathwork and slow mind-body yoga, rooted in yoga philosophy. One hour of YOU time!

When

Live every Sunday morning, 9:00 to 10:00 (CET): from November 8 - December 13. You can do it from your bed! Can’t make it live? Every class is recorded and you can watch it as often as you like for the full six weeks.

Where

Live on Microsoft Teams from the comfort of your own home. (You can even join from your bed for the meditation!) All attendees will have the cameras off and microphones muted, so it’s very private.

You can watch the video as often as you like, and follow the class every day during the 6 weeks, if you would like

How much

In 2027, online classes will start at €10, but as a 2026 founding member you pay just €8 a class.

That’s €48 for all six weeks instead of €60, and you’ll keep this special rate in 2027, as my thank you for joining me at the start.

What to expect

An hour that’s yours. We’ll arrive and ground together, slow the breath and ease into gentle, mindful movement, with a little yoga philosophy to take into your week. Over the six weeks we’ll travel through the body’s energy centres, from root to crown. Expect to leave each Sunday feeling calmer, more open and more connected to yourself.

I am available to every member if you have questions, and need adaptions or extra guidance. My goal is to make each and every one of you feel comfortable.

You can join the class at any time - recordings available immediately after the live sessions.

FAQs

1. I’m new to yoga. Is this for me?
Yes. These classes are slow and mindful, and they’re about how you feel, not how a pose looks. Come as you are and do what your body wants to do.

2. What do I need?
A mat, a quiet corner and comfortable clothes. A blanket and a cushion are nice extras.

3. Do I have to be on camera?
No. Cameras stay off and microphones muted, so it’s just you, your mat and my voice and video. The chat is open if you’d like to say hello.

4. What if I am busy or I miss a Sunday?
Every class is recorded. You can catch up later in the day or whenever suits you and rewatch as often as you like for the full six weeks. We can all benefit from prioritising one hour a week for ourselves to be present… maybe this is your sign!

5. How do I join the live class?
After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Before 8 November, you’ll get the private links and access to the recordings.

6. Why isn’t this on a proper platform yet?
This pilot is for testing the content and hearing your honest feedback before I invest in a platform for 2027. You’re helping to shape it.

7. What happens after the six weeks?
ORCA Yoga grows in 2027 into a community with classes, articles, events and retreats. As a founding member, you’ll keep your founding rate and get discounts on everything that follows.

8. Can I gift a place to someone?
Absolutely. Share the link or buy a place for a friend who needs an hour for herself. Just remember there are only 20 places in 2026. Also, once you are a member you can buy a gift card for the 2027 program at the same price as 2026! Will make a great Xmas gift!

This photo shows me receiving my Yoga Alliance 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate, on the final day of an incredible seven-month journey.

Now, with the backing of 20 founding members, I’d love to turn my dream into reality and share the beautiful benefits of meditation, breathwork and yoga.

If you’d like to support this new adventure and treat yourself to one hour of you-time each week, I’d love to welcome you into my small founding circle.

All you need to do is, complete the form below and I will send you the payment link.

As soon as your payment comes through, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your place in the founding circle is secured.

On Friday 6 November, two days before the first class, I’ll send your welcome pack with all the links you need for the six live classes.

Thank you so much for reading this far, and I do hope to welcome you to the Orca Yoga membership and to sharing this amazing philosophy and way of life with you.
