Welcome to this dedicated coaching offer for the travel retail community, created in support of the #KickCancerThon 2026 initiative.
My aim is simple - to create something that supports your own wellbeing and growth, while also contributing to a cause that means a great deal to many of us.
In memory of Sinead Moodie, I am offering 120 hours of professional coaching, with the goal of raising €3,600 for #KickCancerThon.
You can book these sessions for yourself, for your team or for someone you love. Coaching should be for everyone, not just reserved for the C-suite and executive leaders. Coaching can change lives, it gives a unique opportunity to sit back and focus on what you want and need. No advice. No judgement. Just time to think and time to be heard. For every session booked with me, I will personally donate one third of my fee directly to #KickCancerThon.

What is Coaching?
Coaching offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to step back from the demands of work and the daily grind, and think clearly about your direction, decisions, and next move.
It is structured time to reflect — away from noise, pressure, and expectation — so you can regain perspective and strengthen your thinking.
Sessions are focused and forward-looking, helping you navigate complexity, build confidence in your judgement, and move ahead with clarity.
This is not advice or mentoring. It is a space to challenge your assumptions, recognise patterns, and explore what may be shaping your decisions — often without you realising.
We also pay attention to your energy — where it is focused, where it is depleted, and what that means for how you lead and perform.
You are supported to think at a deeper level, reframe where needed, and make decisions that are aligned, considered, and your own.

Strengthening mindset, self-belief and confidence
Leadership presence, communication and influence
Navigating career transitions and defining your next move
Managing energy, focus and competing priorities
Challenging limiting patterns and unhelpful assumptions
Clarifying your positioning, voice and professional identity

Coaching isn’t therapy, counselling or mentoring.
It’s a dedicated space to think – something most people rarely have, but everyone needs.
We begin with a complimentary discovery call.
This initial conversation gives you the space to talk through what is on your mind, your goals, and what you are looking for, while also getting a feel for how I work.
There is no obligation to continue. However, I do not accept bookings without this step, as it is important that we are the right fit and that you feel comfortable with my approach.
The call is a relaxed 30–45 minute conversation where you can ask questions, share openly, and begin to explore whether coaching feels right for you.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All sessions are via Zoom or Teams.
Sessions can be booked for a number of people within a team or group, but will be on a 1:1 basis, not in group sessions.
All sessions are confidential.
